These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Apex Customs' car detailing services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Description

Apex Customs provides professional car detailing services including but not limited to:

• Full Service Detailing: Comprehensive exterior detailing including paint correction, polishing, ceramic coating, and tire shine.
• Ceramic Coating: Professional ceramic coating application for long-lasting paint protection and enhanced gloss.
• Graphene Coating: Advanced graphene coating technology providing superior paint protection and water repellency.
• Interior Surface Protection: Professional interior coating for leather, fabric, and plastic surfaces with UV protection.
• Furniture Protection Film: Clear protection film for furniture surfaces preventing scratches and wear damage.
• Modifications & Accessories: Professional vehicle customization, performance upgrades, and premium accessory installation.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is due at the time of service completion.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.

3. Cancellation Policy

24 Hours Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

No-Shows: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a cancellation fee.

4. Service Quality Guarantee

We guarantee professional service quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours for resolution.

5. Limitation of Liability

Apex Customs is not liable for any damage to personal items left in vehicles. We recommend removing all valuable items before service.

6. Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information is used solely for service delivery and improvement.
